Great staff enhanced my experience.
The noise from nearby music and maintenance made it very difficult to sleep. I was disappointed with the breakfast options, which lacked variety and did not cater well to my dietary preferences.

my stay was improved with having quick access to the archaeological museum of kos and the beautiful lambi beach, making every stroll around the town an adventure full of history and scenic views.

Efficient staff and a clean, comfy room. The food options were diverse enough to keep meals interesting.
Subpar air conditioning and long wait times at the bar were frustrating experiences .

Considering the price of the room the quality given was extremely poor esp in comparison with other similar rooms. The a/c was working if and when it felt like it and for as long it felt like!! On the other hand you could hear the noise from neighbouring a/c as if they were inside your own!!! The lights have a .... "special" combination in order for all of them to be turned on at the same time which is somewhat of a mystery! The prices on the hotel taverna are too high for the food and the "variety" they offer. In general it was a poor choice for a high price.

We have too many things we liked best! The staff was amazing! So very helpful and friendly and made us feel special! This hotel was perfect for us who wanted to chill out and relax at the beach. From our bungalow, we viewed the turquoise water by day and heard the ocean waves by night. We chose half-board & there was a nice variety at the buffet each day. We liked the amenities available like tennis, ping pong, jet bathtub, a large warm pool with poolside bar. Although, there aren't any shops within walking distance, we rented a motor scooter to drive around the island which was fun. We had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend Aeolos if you are hoping for a totally relaxing experience!

If you make an all-inclusive offer, at least coffee specialties should be there. The soaked Nescafe broth tasted really awful.
